Dimplex Mozart Stone Electric Fire Suite

From the date of order to the actual delivery it took a unbelievable 19 days. And when delivery finally came it was delivered at night time when i had to cancel prior arrangements. I wasnt even informed that the delivery is running late. So i wasted all day hanging around. Delivery finally came at 19.30. I was close to just cancelling it all toghether as i wasnt even given the curtesy of a phone call.I specifically asked to be informed if there will be problems with delivery. I was ignored. When the goods arrived the fire place was damaged. Looked like it was dropped.I have asked for a full refund and for the goods to be collected asap. If previous service is anyhing to go by then i will no doubt be waiting a long time for this to happen. I am extremly angry to say the least. Avoid is my advice.
