Returns Policy

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods you order are suitable for installation into your home. We urge you to check all measurements and installation requirements before ordering.

If you wish to return any item we must be informed within 14 working days. It is most important that you check the products for transit damage and/or suitability within 14 days as we cannot accept returns for these reasons outside of this period.

If you are fitting any items within 14 days, please be aware that this will affect your cancellation rights.

Returns must be in a pristine, saleable condition and in full working order, complete with all parts.

All items must be in or accompanied by their original packaging.

Delivery and collection charges may also apply

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment ie. credit card or cheque less any delivery and/or collection charges.

Returns Procedure

To arrange a return you should contact us at customer.support@fireplaceworld.co.uk

We will require the order number (from your invoice) and full details as to why you wish to return the product.

Once a return has been agreed we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us.

When returned items have been received back into our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly. We shall then make arrangements for a refund.

 

Returns Policy for Trims and Frets

We do not arrange collection of Trims and Frets which are unsuitable.

Any customers who wish to return any of these products are required to source their own courier once the return has been agreed by the sales department. A strict 14 day policy applies.
