Delivery Information


At Fireplace World we offer free delivery on all of our items to all mainland UK. Our delivery falls into two categories: Next Working Day Delivery and Home Delivery. These categories are determined by size and weight and the delivery type for each product can be seen on the right hand side of the individual product page.


Next Working Day Delivery


How It Works
Available on most of our fires and a limited range of surrounds and suites, our next working day delivery is free, fast and convenient. Simply place your order for any applicable product before 2pm to ensure that you receive your product the next working day*.

Couriers We Use
We use two next day delivery couriers: Interlink Express and TNT.
- Interlink Express
Carrying the bulk of our next day items, Interlink Express deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. On the morning of your delivery, they will send you a text message or an email indicating your one hour delivery time slot.
- TNT
Predominantly responsible for carrying our larger next day items, TNT deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. They will also send a text message or email on the morning of your delivery to indicate that your order is out for delivery, please note that TNT only offer an all day service.

Cut Off Point, Weekends and Bank Holidays
In order to ensure that your item is delivered the following working day, you must complete your order before 2pm. If an order is placed after this time, it will simply be dispatched the following day, and delivered the next working day after that.

If you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, or at any point during the weekend, your order will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday, and delivered on the Tuesday.

Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on a Bank Holiday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day after the Bank Holiday, available for delivery the following day, and any orders that would have been delivered on the Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day instead.

Home Delivery


How It Works
Available on all our larger, heavier items, our Home Delivery is free, convenient and top quality. A truly professional service, your item(s) will be delivered within 14 days from placing your order* and delivered by our expert couriers who will contact you directly to schedule a suitable delivery date in advance.

Couriers We Use
We use three home delivery couriers: Arrow XL, FUD and Panther Logistics.
- Arrow XL
Arrow XL are responsible for the delivery of the bulk of our Adam range, including the majority of our wooden fireplace suites, mantelpieces and fireplaces. A highly reliable courier, Arrow XL will collect your item from our warehouse and then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. They will then send you a text message with your two hour delivery time slot the evening before your arranged delivery.
- FUD
FUD is a home delivery service that is provided by Fireplace World. We deliver both marble and our mdf suites via this service. Our dispatch planner will contact you to make arrangements for delivery within 14 days and on the day of delivery our driver will call you to advise your delivery timeslot.
- Panther Logistics
Founded in 1989, Panther Logistics offer a flexible “white glove” home delivery service. Their 2 man service is responsible for delivering all of our marble and stone products, as well as a selection of our Adam range. Once Panther have collected your item(s), they will contact you by phone with a selection of available delivery dates. On the morning of your delivery, they will send you either a text message or an email with your 4-hour delivery slot.

Northern Ireland Home Delivery Items being delivered to Northern Ireland will be a kerbside delivery only, and will be delivered within 21 days.

Please also note: If you are unable to accept the first delivery date you are offered, our delivery services will do their best to offer an alternative date as quickly as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that this alternate date will fall within our 14 day delivery window.*


Delivery Tips


Whilst all due care and diligence is taken to ensure that your product arrives to free from damage and on time, things can occasionally go wrong. Here are a few things we recommend when you've placed an order with us:
  • If your product arrives and is obviously damaged, refuse the item with the courier and contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Once you have taken delivery of your item, unpack and inspect your goods as soon as it is convenient - whether you intend to install and use the item straight away or not. Occasionally fragile items can get damaged inside the packaging, without damaging the box. We will gladly exchange any items that arrive damaged, but we must be notified of any damage within 30 days of your receipt of the goods.
  • Mistakes can happen, and occasionally deliveries can be delayed or get damaged in transit. As such, we recommend that you do not book any installation work until you have received your goods in full and are completely satisfied with their condition and suitability. Fired Up Corporation will accept no liability for any costs incurred from installation or fitting fees.
