    The order was delivered promptly and in good condition but unfortunately it was the all-black version which was disappointing as I was looking forward to the contrast of the brass surround. After unpacking the fire there was nothing I could do as I had already phoned an electrician who was standing by to fit it and I couldn`t ask him to help me repack it so all I could do was allow him to fit it and hope I get used to the rather dark outlook (made worse, of course, by the very dark weather we are experiencing at the moment).
