Ms Teresa Blackburn, South Yorkshire says...Everything fine with the product except delivery. FAQ show that courier should have rung to confirm delivery due either a.m.or p.m. and then call I hour before due time. This did not happen at all. Luckily I had just returned from shopping when the delivery arrived. Also that courier would unpack goods so I could inspect before acceptance and that electrical appliance would be plugged in to ensure functioning properly. None of this happened. Driver arrived unannounced, put parcel in hallway and then asked me to sign for it. Bit of a poor show!
