      Very good customer service and the fireplace looks lovely. However it is extremely noisy when switched on and I can`t figure out why. The delivery man gave me the form to sign while fetching the fireplace from the van and I had signed that he set it up and checked it was running but he didn`t do that and just took the form and left the box in the hall. I was most surprised.
