    I purchased my fireplace from Fireplace World partly for the delivery service. So I was disappointed that upon delivery the product was not unpacked for inspection, you are not shown how it works and you have to position it yourself! There are no instructions with the fire but it was straight forward to assemble the Grate and use the fire. But what about replacing the bulb when it goes? Having had a quiet gas fire previously the fan noise on the eclectic fire seems very loud! The flame effect is good and there is plenty of heat @2KW. The fire and fireplace are well made and look good. They are good value for money

    Nice product but says it can be placed flat against the wall if you do this you squash the flex as there is no hole to put it through so unit fits againsf the wall, i had to drill hole to achieve this.On the website it says that all products weighing over 20kgs will be delivered by your company and carried into house,this product weighed 32kgs and turned up with just a driver,if i had not got home from work to help carry it in my girlfriend could not have helped so it would still be on lorry.
