    The customer service agents are very polite and pleasant to talk to. I felt i received a personal service and not like a customer order number. I was a awkward customer, but they were brilliant. I am very happy with the product i have received. It is an attractive solid wood surround, with an excellent finish, and the fire itself is also brilliant. Delivery was much quicker than i expected (4 days) I was also pleased that i was contacted with a date and time for the delivery from a nice polite delivery man. Overall the product and service i have received is excellent and i have recomended friends and family.
