Bespoke Orders

Customise any of our Marble Fireplaces We are delighted to be able to offer a bespoke service on all of our marble range. Through this service, you are able to order any of our marble fireplace, back panels and hearths, in any of the marble colours that we offer, and make any changes to the dimensions that you would like.

How to Order

Placing a bespoke order is really straight forward:
  1. Pick your fireplace
    Find an existing fireplace in our range that you like the look of and want to base your fireplace on.
  2. Choose Your Colour
    We currently manufacture in 10 different colours of marble, giving you a huge amount of variety to choose from. To view all of our colours, and order samples of any, click here.
  3. Measure Up
    Measure your space to determine the dimensions you need for your fireplace.
Once you have all of this information, download and fill in our Bespoke Order Form. Alternatively, contact our friendly customer support team who can help you to fill in a form.

Once you have filled in your form and double checked that all of your measurements are correct, we advise that you read through our Bespoke Terms and Conditions, before signing and returning the form to us by email or post.

Terms and Conditions

  • All bespoke orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We will manufacture your bespoke order to the measurements provided on the signed bespoke order form as supplied by you, and accept no responsibility or liability for any measurements that have been provided incorrectly
  • We work to a cutting tolerance of 10mm to allow for the width of the cutting blade.
  • We aim to have bespoke orders manufactured as quickly as possible, and will always provide you with an estimated timeframe when you place an order. If this timeframe changes we will endeavour to keep you informed of the progree of your order at the earliest possible opportunity
  • Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order
  • Damaged on delivery: Bespoke items that are damaged on delivery are treated the same as any other product, and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged at the earliest opportunity
