Bespoke Orders


We are delighted to be able to offer a bespoke service on all of our marble back panels and hearths. Through this service, you are able to order any of our marble back panels and hearths, in any of the marble finishes that we offer, and make changes to the dimensions that you would like.

How to Order


Placing a bespoke order is really straight forward:
  1. Pick Your Back Panel and/or Hearth
    Find an existing back panel and/or hearth in our range that you like the look of and want to base your back panel and/or hearth on.
  2. Choose Your Finish
    We currently manufacture in 7 different colours of marble, giving you a wide variety to choose from. To view all of our marble finishes, and order samples of any, click here.
  3. Measure Up
    Measure your requirement to determine the dimensions you need for your back panel and/or hearth.
Once you have all of this information you can download and fill out our bespoke forms. Click here to download our back panel bespoke form and click here to download our hearth bespoke form.

Once you have completed filling in your bespoke form and you are happy with your measurements and selections, as well as read and agreed to our Bespoke Orders Terms and Conditions you can then sign and return the form to us by email or post.


Terms and Conditions


  • Once accepted and the order has been placed, all bespoke orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable

  • We will manufacture your bespoke order to the measurements confirmed and signed (approved) by you on the signed bespoke order form, and Fireplace World will not accept any responsibility or liability for any measurements that have been provided on your bespoke form incorrectly

  • We work to a cutting tolerance of 10mm to allow for the width of the cutting blade.

  • We aim to have bespoke orders manufactured as quickly as possible, and will always provide you with an estimated timeframe when you place an order. If this timeframe changes we will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order at the earliest possible opportunity

  • Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order

  • Damaged on delivery: If a bespoke order is damaged on delivery will be treated the same as any other product, and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged at the earliest opportunity
