Delivery Information


At Fireplace World we offer a fast and reliable delivery service that is arranged on the day of your choice to all mainland UK addresses. Our delivery falls into two categories: Next Working Day Delivery and Home Delivery. These categories are determined by size and weight and the delivery type for each product can be seen on the right hand side of the individual product page.


Next Working Day Delivery


How It Works
Available on most of our fires and a limited range of surrounds, suites and more, our next working day delivery is fast and convenient. Simply place your order for any applicable product before 2pm to ensure that you receive your product the next working day*.

Couriers We Use
We use three next day delivery couriers: Interlink Express, TNT and UK Mail.
- DPD Local
Carrying the bulk of our next day items, DPD Local deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. On the morning of your delivery, they will send you a text message or an email indicating your one hour delivery time slot.
- TNT
Predominantly responsible for carrying our larger next day items, TNT deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that TNT only offer an all day service.

Cut Off Point, Weekends and Bank Holidays
In order to ensure that your item is delivered the following working day, you must complete your order before 2pm. If an order is placed after this time, it will simply be dispatched the following day, and delivered the next working day after that.

If you place your order after 2pm on a Friday, or at any point during the weekend, your order will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday, and delivered on the Tuesday.

Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on a Bank Holiday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day after the Bank Holiday, available for delivery the following day, and any orders that would have been delivered on the Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day instead.

Home Delivery


How It Works
Available on all our larger, heavier items, our Home Delivery is both convenient and top quality. A truly professional service, your item(s) will be delivered within 14 days from placing your order* and delivered by our expert couriers who will contact you directly to schedule a suitable delivery date in advance.

Couriers We Use
We use three delivery couriers: Pallet service, FUD and Panther Logistics.

- Pallet Service
Carrying predominantly our range of Carron products, our pallet service deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email indicating your delivery time slot. Please Note: This delivery service is a kerbside drop only, and the drivers will be unable to bring the product into your property.
- FUD
FUD is a specialist marble and stone delivery service provided by us, Fireplace World. Any order containing a marble or stone product, including back panels and hearths, (as well as some of our other large, heavy items); will be delivered by our top quality FUD team.

Once you have placed your order, our team of planners will get in touch within 7 days to organise a suitable delivery date with you. Please note that if the original date offered is not suitable, your delivery may take place outside of the initial 14-day delivery timeframe.

On the day of your delivery, our drivers will call to let you know they are on their way.

Please note: All FUD deliveries will require access for an 18-tonne vehicle (approximately the size of a large bin lorry). If you have restricted access, please contact us before placing your order, as we may need to make alternative arrangements, or may unfortunately be unable to deliver to your address.


- Panther Logistics
Founded in 1989, Panther Logistics offer a flexible “white glove” home delivery service. Their 2 man service is responsible for delivering all of our marble and stone products, as well as a selection of our Adam range. Once Panther have collected your item(s), they will contact you by phone with a selection of available delivery dates. On the morning of your delivery, they will send you either a text message or an email with your 4-hour delivery slot.

Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions with our Home Delivery service:

- Overweight Items
Due to their size and weight, all of our marble, limestone and cast iron products are only suitable to be delivered to an address on the ground floor. We are not able to deliver these items to a flat which is not situated on the ground floor.

Northern Ireland Home Delivery Items being delivered to Northern Ireland will be a kerbside delivery only, and will be delivered within 21 days.

Please also note: If you are unable to accept the first delivery date you are offered, our delivery services will do their best to offer an alternative date as quickly as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that this alternate date will fall within our 14 day delivery window.*
