What if I miss my pre-Christmas delivery?

If you do miss your delivery the carrier will leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card for you to contact them to rearrange the delivery, however they will either re-attempt delivery on the next available working day or contact you to rearrange a new delivery date. The full and regular delivery service will resume from Wednesday 5th January 2022.


 

Pre-Christmas Delivery Terms & Conditions:

1: The product list is for illustration only. The delivery type required for each product is clearly displayed on the individual product page. Please check the delivery type before placing your order to avoid disappointment, and contact us if you require further clarification.
2: The final cut-off date is for mainland UK only. Last collection date for outlying areas as highlighted in our
Delivery Information will be the 10th December 2021.
3: Pre-Christmas delivery is subject to acceptance of the first delivery time and date offered by the carrier, and the contact detals provided at the time of order such as telephone number and email address being correct and with the customer being contactable on them. We accept no responsibility for failed deliveries before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the carrier is unable to contact the customer on the details provided with the order.
4: For any orders that are delivered via our FUD service is subject to availablilly of drivers within your area and subject to acceptance of the first delivery date offered by the delivery planner co-ordinator. The contact detals such as telephone number and email address supplied with the order must be correct with the customer being contactable on them. We accept no responsibility for failed deliveries before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the delivery planner is unable to contact the customer via the details provided.
5: Pre-Christmas delivery is subject to the item being in stock. Our stock levels are clearly displayed on each individual product page, please check before placing an order and
